CHAAKSEUN DATA ("this site") provides sports information and data-analysis subscription services. This site is not a gambling operator and accepts no bets, nor does it provide any betting platform services. All content (including analyses, picks and data) is for research only and does not constitute betting advice, an offer or a solicitation.

Users must ensure their use of this service and any betting activity comply with the laws of their jurisdiction (including not participating in unlawful gambling activities within Hong Kong). Monthly membership renews automatically via Stripe and is billed monthly until cancelled; membership remains valid until the end of the current period after cancellation. The day pass is a one-off payment, valid for 24 hours from payment confirmation. All payments are processed by Stripe; this site does not store your card details. Membership takes effect only after successful payment confirmation.
If you have paid but cannot access member content, please contact us via Messenger on the "CHAAKSEUN DATA" Facebook page for verification; we will activate manually or arrange a refund. Digital content once activated is generally non-refundable; if our system failure prevents service delivery, we will arrange a refund or compensatory access.
Analyses and picks are provided "as is" without guarantee of accuracy, completeness, hits or any return. Historical and backtest performance does not indicate future performance. Betting can win or lose; users may lose their entire stake. Whether to follow any analysis is the user's own decision and risk. If needed, seek legal, financial or other professional advice before betting or purchasing.
Personal access links are for the subscriber's own use only and may not be transferred, shared or posted publicly. We may terminate access immediately without refund upon abuse or sharing. All content is protected by copyright and may not be copied, resold or publicly distributed without authorisation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, this site is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from use of or reliance on its content, including from data errors, omissions, service interruptions or force majeure (e.g. cancelled, postponed or abandoned matches).
